Physiotherapist, Alison Tarleton-Hodgson

Alison qualified from Kings college hospital, London in 1984.
She has a particular interest in outpatient musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries, especially the prevention of recurrent conditions.

 

Alison uses kinetic control movement and assessment techniques regularly as part of the therapy, with manual skills and manipulation and soft tissue massage being used alongside as necessary. Individual based and tailored exercise programs and “self-help” techniques are developed for each client where appropriate.

 

Alison is married and has four grown up children. She has a personal interest in keep fit and enjoys cycling, running and skiing to name a few.
